Quelat National Park The Lakes (1 day )
 

In the heart of the Patagonian Andes with peaks of up to 2000m, The parkboasts an impressive hanging glaciar originating from the Quelat ice field.
Flora: temperate rain forest with hundreds of different kinds of ferns, creepers and wild rhubarb.
Fauna: pudu, (miniature deer), otters, wild cats and numerous bird species.

A circular circuit around the lakes, lagoons and waterfalls that are located in the transitional area between the evergreen forests and the Patagonian pampa. It provides an excellent opportunity to observe migratory birds.

Cerro Castillo ( 1 day ) Lake General Carrera - (4 days, 3 nights )
Ice encrusted rock spires bordered by glaciers dominate this little settlement in the Rio Ibañez valley. The river still deposits ash from the Hudson volcano which erupted and literally buried the river valley 10 years ago.
We will visit an archeological site with pre historic hand prints.

 This lake is the second largest in South America and is fed by the Northern ice field. Trips out on to the turquoise coloured water with views of the ice covered peaks all around make this trip one of the most beautiful in Patagonia.

The River Baker ( 2 days 1 night )

This tour goes south on the Carretera Austral and crosses important forested areas.
We will visit pre historic cave paintings, the spectacular marble caves on lake General Carrera by boat and then raft the headwaters of the River Baker, an exciting but straightforward whitewater descent.
